In China, college students' packages are stored at Cainiao Stations, which are often located far from the dormitories.
To address this, a service was created to facilitate the transportation of packages from Cainiao Stations to student dormitories.

As for demanders, they want a quick consensus. As for delivers, they want to be able to pick up enough packages at once, and all at one warehouse location. But they need to add a lot of friends who do not know cut unnecessary. A lot of ineffective communication, communication time is long, low efficiency.

After gaining 1,000 orders, we saw a decline in user engagement after 11.11, China’s largest shopping day. This highlighted the need for strategies to attract and retain users beyond peak periods.

I opted for a line illustration style paired with orange as the primary color. The line style creates a sense of approachability and warmth for our college student users, while the orange color conveys energy, creativity, and a friendly, welcoming vibe.
